Importance of Communication

A communication clear and without ambiguity: that can have only one negligible importance in the everyday life, when one communicates with people present physically in same space, and sharing the same culture, because, in addition to the writing or of verbal, the communication is helped by: mimicry, the gestural one, social practices, the place, the light...

But in the case of a virtual call (email, chat, messenger), and with people from differents cultures, the things become more complicated, why?
firstly, the practices different, one or the other does not speak the language well about the other, which can generate misunderstood, and maybe problems.

it is for that, that should be used a simple language, clear and... without ambiguity.
